Our Wildcat Pride classes put on an assembly last Friday to award the Community 101 grants they selected throughout the year. It was a wonderful outpouring of generosity, thought, and purpose. The grants were awarded in part based on a survey that all MV students completed at the start of the year. The Community 101 part of the class then interviewed several different local organizations before deciding on the winners. It was so touching to see our students show this much heart and truly make a change in our community. Way to go, 'Cats!
As part of the assembly, MV staff were also honored. Here is the slide show that was played in the assembly. It's a lot of fun! Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
