Math in Art: Tessellations

This week, we're exploring math in various forms of art.  Monday and Tuesday, we'll be doing tessellations.  Geometry plays a big role in art, and geometry is a branch of mathematics that studies different shapes.  It's very visual.  Here are links to some artists' wonderful works, and the slides I presented in class today!
