Quizzes and Concept Checklists

Most every Friday you will have a quiz on the concepts we've learned that week.  The quiz will either have 3 questions or 6 questions, depending on how many concepts we cover.  Each question will be on 1 concept.  If you get that question right, you'll get a score of 5/5.  If you leave it blank, you'll receive 0/5.  If you're close, but not quite right, you'll get 4/5, and so on.

When your quiz is returned, you'll be in charge of recording your scores on a Concept Checklist.  This checklist is how you'll know whether you've mastered a concept or not.  If you get 2 "5/5" grades in a row on the same concept, you've shown that you've mastered it.  I'll give you a stamp, and you'll never have to be quizzed on that concept again!  Also, if you don't have "5/5" grades, you'll know what to study.  You may retake a concept question as many times as you like until you get it right.  So, you really get to take responsibility for your own learning!

Here's what the concept checklist looks like.  Please leave a comment if you have a question about this.  Good luck!
